  • All artworks are carefully packed and shipped using trusted carriers selected according to the size, value and destination of each work.

    Australia

    Orders are shipped using Australia Post or Pack & Send, depending on the artwork.

    Shipping is quoted separately and tracking details are provided after dispatch.

    International

    International shipping is available worldwide using trusted couriers including DHL.

    Shipping is quoted separately. Customs duties, VAT and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Dispatch

    Most available works are dispatched within 7–10 business days.

    Made-to-order, framed and commissioned works may require additional time. Estimated lead times will be provided where applicable.

  • Please choose carefully before purchasing an artwork.

    We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on original artworks, prints, made-to-order works, framed works or commissioned artworks.

    This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

    • your order number

    • photographs of the artwork

    • photographs of the packaging

    • a brief description of the issue

    Colour & Variation

    Colours may vary slightly between screens and in different lighting conditions. Minor variations in colour, texture and surface are inherent to original and handmade artworks.

    Commissioned Work

    Commissioned and custom artworks are created specifically for the client and cannot be returned for change of mind.

    Clients are involved throughout the commission process and acknowledge the artist’s interpretation and individual style when proceeding.

    2. Artwork & Product Information

    Every effort is made to accurately represent artwork dimensions, materials, colours and pricing.

    Due to the nature of original and handmade artworks, minor variations may occur.

    3. Pricing & Payment

    Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

    Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers.

    4. Shipping

    Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to destination, courier delays or circumstances outside the studio’s control.

    International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.

    5. Returns & Consumer Rights

    Change-of-mind returns are not offered unless otherwise stated.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

    6. Copyright

    All artwork, imagery, text and other creative content on this website remain the intellectual property of Anthony Pieters unless otherwise stated.

    Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only and does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

    Artwork images may not be reproduced, altered, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

    Collectors are welcome to photograph and share their purchased artworks for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    7. Privacy

    Personal information is handled in accordance with the studio’s Privacy Policy and used for order processing, communication and marketing where consent has been provided.

    8. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not responsible for loss resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
